General Rules & Regulations
Students agree to all China International Terms and Conditions.
Students must have valid medical insurance for their entire study period. China International is not financially responsible for medical care required for students' accidents or illnesses occurring during their course of studies.
We are not responsible for any property loss on or off the school's premises.
Students are legally responsible for any damage they cause and for compensating the owner(s) of the damaged property and / or any other person(s) involved for damage or loss suffered.
A group class schedule is fixed. There are no make-up lessons, refunds or credits for classes missed by students through no fault of China International.
For private classes, all changes and absences must be communicated to our consultant in writing (e-mail, fax) or in person at least two working days before the scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in the student forfeiting one class.
Students placed in classes that they feel are too easy or too hard should contact a Course Consultant immediately after the first lesson in order to arrange a move to another class.
Application and Payment
Fill in an Application Form online.
After review of student requirement by us, you will receive an invoice and a Course Agreement, which includes course details, i.e. level, schedule, location and fees.
After receipt of the Course Agreement and invoice, pay the full / part tuition amount plus a one-time registration fee of $250 US or £125 sterling to China International, no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course. Payments can me made by credit / bank card (PayPal) or bank transfer (contact China International for bank information).
Students wishing China International to obtain either an (X) or (F) visa must first register and pay in full for all courses during the term of the visa.
Refunds and Terminations
If the student cannot start the course:
if China International is advised before the course starts, 80% of the tuition will be refunded.
once the course has started, China International reserves the right not to refund any of the fees, including registration, tuition and books.
No refund is available for students who get their student visa through China International once the student visa is issued.
If a student terminates a course for his / her personal reasons, no refund is available from China International.
Visas
Students wishing to obtain either a Business Visit (F) Visa or a Study (X) Visa are required to pay in advance for all fees.
